Commercial Water Damage – Acworth Office Building

Commercial water damage at this Acworth office building when the main water line burst during a three-day weekend. Employees reporting for work on Tuesday morning were greeted with their entire office space flooded from the water leak. Building management was notified, and they immediately called SERVPRO of Northwest Cobb County. We quickly responded with trailer mounted water extraction equipment and got busy cleaning up the water. Once we had the standing water removed we set up drying equipment including commercial air movers and dehumidifiers. Moisture levels were constantly monitored to document the drying process which would be needed to determine when the space was dry and for requirements of the insurance company.
